Pricing & plans

Who pays for the WhatsApp messages?

You do — directly to Meta, at Meta’s own rates, on your own WhatsApp Business account. We do not resell messages and we do not add a markup, so there is no margin hidden in your send volume. Replies inside the 24-hour window after a customer messages you are free from Meta; marketing and utility templates you start yourself are charged by Meta per message.

What is included in the 15-day free trial?

Everything in the plan you pick, with no restrictions — the full inbox, the CRM, campaigns and, on Professional and above, Ads Manager. You add a card when you sign up, and nothing is charged until the 15-day trial ends; after that your plan continues automatically. Cancel before then and you pay nothing — your workspace is paused rather than deleted, so you can pick up where you left off.

How does the pricing actually work?

One flat monthly price for the workspace, with a number of user seats already included — 3 on Growth, 8 on Professional, 20 on Scale. You only pay more when you add people beyond that, and the per-seat price drops as you move up a plan. Drag the slider on any plan above to see your exact total before you sign up.

What counts as a contact?

Every unique person stored in your workspace — a lead, a client or someone who messaged you. It is a simple total, not a monthly re-count, so the number only goes up when you actually add people and your bill never moves because you had a busy month. We deliberately do not bill on “monthly active contacts”.

What happens if I reach a limit?

We email you as you approach it and again when you reach it. Nothing is deleted and incoming messages keep arriving — you simply cannot add beyond the limit until you upgrade or free up space. There are no surprise overage charges on any plan.

Can I change plans later?

Any time, in both directions. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated for the rest of the cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next cycle so you keep what you paid for. Seats work the same way.
