Lead10 Ads Manager · Google & Meta
Our AI teaches Google and Meta who your real buyers are.
Hundreds of leads, and no idea which ones are real? Lead10 follows every lead through the chat, separates genuine from junk, and sends the genuine ones back to Google and Meta with a value. Their engines retarget toward people like your buyers, so each month brings better leads for the same budget.
The learning loop
From hundreds of leads to the right ones
Follow two rounds of leads. Lead10 sorts them by what happens in the conversation, sends the genuine ones back to Google and Meta with a value, and the platforms start showing your ads to people like your buyers.

The shift
AI is everywhere. The returns are not.
Answering chats faster is only half the job. Returns come when AI is tied to what happens next: who qualified, who bought, and which ad brought them. Lead10 closes that loop for your Google and Meta ads.
If you are building for where agents are today, you are building for the past six months from now.

Why it works
Google and Meta find more of whatever you call a success.
Call a filled form a success and they find more people who fill in forms. Tell them which leads became customers and they go looking for buyers. Lead10 tells them every time a lead moves forward in your pipeline.
The usual way
- A success is anyone who filled a form or sent a message.
- Spam, wrong numbers and window-shoppers count the same as buyers.
- The engine finds more people who like filling in forms.
- Your team spends the day sorting junk, and the cost of each real customer keeps rising.
The Lead10 way
- A success is a lead your team qualified, quoted or closed.
- Junk is never reported, so the engine stops chasing it.
- Every genuine step goes back to the exact ad click that brought the lead, with a value.
- The engine finds more people like your buyers. The goal: up to 10× more real leads from the same budget.
Signals with weight
Every step of your pipeline is a signal, and later steps count for more
When a lead moves forward in Lead10, that step is sent to Google or Meta, whichever brought the lead. Each step carries a value, so the engines learn that a sale matters more than a chat.

Tracking
Every lead remembers the click, the ad and the product
When a lead arrives from an ad, Lead10 saves where it came from. That record makes your reports exact, and it is how each signal finds its way back to the right click at Google or Meta.

Product performance
See which product your advertising is really selling
Tag each ad or campaign with the product or category it promotes. Lead10 adds up the leads, wins and won value for each one across Google and Meta, so you can put budget behind what sells.
| Product or category | Leads | Won | Win rate | Won value (AED) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Kitchen RefitRenovation | 38 | 4 | 10.5% | 71,200 |
| Villa PaintingRenovation | 96 | 12 | 12.5% | 54,000 |
| AC Deep CleanHome Maintenance | 184 | 29 | 15.8% | 26,100 |
| Pest ControlHome Maintenance | 142 | 9 | 6.3% | 4,050 |
| PlumbingCategory · 14 products | 77 | 5 | 6.5% | 3,900 |
Kitchen Refit brought the fewest leads and the most revenue. Judged on lead count alone, it looks like the weakest campaign.

Live example
This is what you see every morning
No reports to dig through. Lead10 finds the problem, explains it in one line, and shows you the fix, for both platforms, in one place.
Campaign 'Dental Clinic' · Keywords
3 keywords burned AED 186 and brought in no patients
Job seekers, free check-up hunters and students cost you AED 186 this week with zero bookings. Pause these keywords and move their AED 26 a day to 'dental implants dubai' and 'teeth whitening dubai', which are already bringing in patients.
Ad set 'Eid Perfume Gifts' · Creatives
Your audience is tired of this video
The same people have now seen 'Oud Gift Set Video v1' 6.2 times. Clicks dropped to 0.4% and every order now costs AED 210 – more than double your usual AED 88. Pause it and run two fresh versions.
Campaign 'Off-Plan Apartments' · Time of day
You are paying for clicks while everyone is asleep
This campaign spends AED 56 every week between midnight and 8am and gets no leads back, while 10am to 1pm brings more than half of all your leads. Switch off the night hours and put more budget into midday.
Campaign 'Monthly Car Rental' · Placements
One placement costs 8x more than the rest
Audience Network spent AED 132 to get a single lead. Facebook Feed gets leads for AED 15.50 in the same campaign. Switch it off and let Feed take that budget instead.

Stop paying for clicks that were never going to buy
Every wasted click is budget that could have found a customer. Lead10 cuts waste in four ways, and each one uses what really happened to your leads.
Block an address once, keep it out of every campaign
Add IP addresses by hand or import a list, note why each one is blocked, then push them to all your Google campaigns in one step.
Search terms judged by the leads they bring
Lead10 links each Google search term to what happened to the lead. Repeat junk gets blocked. Repeat buyers get their own exact-match keyword.
Stop paying to reach people who already bought
Sync lists from your pipeline to Google and Meta. Leave out customers and known junk, and give the engines your best customers so they can find more people like them.
Rules that watch your ads day and night
Rules check your numbers every 6 hours and act when a limit is crossed. Event rules fire the moment a lead changes status.

Questions
Before you connect your ad accounts
Do I have to change my campaigns?
No. Connect your Google Ads and Meta ad accounts and Lead10 starts recording which ad each new lead came from. Your campaigns keep running as they are, and you can manage them from Lead10 whenever you like.
Who decides which leads are genuine?
You do. Pick the pipeline stages that count, such as Qualified, Opportunity, Customer and Revenue, and set the value of each. Leads marked as junk are never reported, so Google and Meta stop looking for more of them.
Does it work with WhatsApp ads?
Yes. Leads from Click-to-WhatsApp ads on Facebook and Instagram, from Google ads and from your website forms all keep their ad details, and all of them can be reported back.
Is my customers' data safe when it goes to Google and Meta?
Lead10 sends only what Google and Meta need to match a lead to their own ad click. Phone numbers and emails are turned into an unreadable code before they leave Lead10, which is the format both platforms require.
Does the AI change my ads on its own?
No. The AI proposes changes and gives the reason for each one. Nothing runs until you approve it.
How soon will lead quality improve?
Google and Meta learn from a steady flow of signals, so the more leads your team moves through the pipeline, the faster it works. Expect it to take a few weeks, not a few days, and keep statuses up to date so the engines keep learning.
What do I need to get started?
A Google Ads account, a Meta Business account, or both — plus admin access so you can connect them. It is a one-time connection and takes a few minutes on the demo call.
