• Google Ads automation and integrations

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of login credentials
• Use the platform lawfully and ethically
• Comply with Google Ads policies and applicable regulations

4. Google Ads & API Usage

Users are solely responsible for their Google Ads accounts, campaigns, ad content, and compliance with Google policies.

Lead10 CRM is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC.

5. Subscription & Payments

Certain features may require paid subscriptions. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

EmiraIT Solution shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and platform content remain the property of EmiraIT Solution unless otherwise stated.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
