Use cases
Anything you would otherwise copy into a spreadsheet and send one by one. The audience comes from your CRM, so every message can use the details you already hold.
Send a weekend or seasonal offer to interested leads who have gone quiet, with each person's name filled in and the offer typed once.
Hi Omar, the villa painting offer you asked about ends Sunday: 15% off for bookings this week. Reply to pick a date.
Filter unpaid invoices and remind each client with the invoice number, amount due and due date. As a weekly campaign, the list picks up new unpaid invoices on its own.
Hi Ahmed, a reminder that invoice INV-1042 for AED 2,500 was due on 15 Sep. Reply here if you have any questions.
Design a monthly newsletter or an opening-hours notice in the drag-and-drop email builder and send it to every client, or to one branch.
Subject: Our Eid opening hoursHi Sarah, here are our opening hours over Eid, and how to reach us if you need anything urgent.
Reach leads who stopped replying a month ago. Anyone who answers lands straight in the inbox as a live chat for your team.
Hi Fatima, are you still looking for a new kitchen? We have two installation slots free in October.
Invite contacts to an open day, a workshop or a new class, and follow up by email with the details for anyone who prefers it.
Hi Priya, you're invited to our open day on Saturday at 11:00. Reply YES and we'll save you a seat.
Tell your partners about a new offer, a coupon to share or a change to your programme, straight from the affiliate records in Lead10.
Subject: New coupon for your audienceHi Daniel, from Monday your followers get 10% off with code DANIEL10.
Audience
No exporting, cleaning and re-uploading lists. Build the audience from the data Lead10 already holds, check it before you send, and let recurring campaigns refresh it on every run.
The same saved filters can keep a customer list in sync with Google and Meta. See Ads Manager.
Scheduling
A one-off offer, a planned announcement or a reminder that runs every week on its own. Pause and resume any campaign at any time. Paused campaigns stop sending straight away.
Launch the campaign and it starts going out immediately.
Pick a date and time. Scheduled campaigns also appear on your Lead10 calendar.
Daily, weekly or monthly at the time you choose, with an optional end date. Each run checks the filter again, so the list is always current.
WhatsApp, done properly
A business number that people block too often loses quality with Meta, and a low-quality number can be limited. Lead10 runs these checks before and during every campaign, so one careless send does not cost you the number your customers know.
When a customer messages your business, you can reply with any text for the next 24 hours. To message someone outside that window, or to message them first, WhatsApp requires a template that Meta has approved. That is why most campaigns use a template: free-form campaign text only reaches people who wrote to you in the last 24 hours.
You remain responsible for having your contacts' permission to message them.
Email platforms, lists and templates
Campaign email goes out through the Brevo or Mailchimp account you connect to an email channel. Each campaign then picks three things: which account sends it, who it goes to, and where the email was designed. Mix them however suits the campaign, and Lead10 does the joining up.
What Lead10 does
Mailchimp · a Lead10 filter · the drag-and-drop builder
Example: {{first_name}} is sent to Mailchimp as *|FNAME|*
Any list works with any design, on either platform. Bulk email counts towards your plan's email allowance.
Every run shows what Brevo or Mailchimp reports: sent, delivered, opened, clicked and bounced. The figures refresh for 30 days, with a link to the full report on the platform.
Reports
Every run keeps its own record. Open it to see who received the campaign, who was skipped and who could not be reached, each with the reason in plain words.
| Recipient | Channel | Status | Reason |
|---|---|---|---|
| Aisha Rahman | Sent | – | |
| Omar Haddad | Sent | – | |
| Daniel Costa | Skipped | Opted out: replied STOP | |
| Fatima Zahra | Skipped | Already received a marketing campaign in the last 3 days | |
| Rahul Mehta | Failed | This number cannot receive the message. It will be skipped from now on. |
WhatsApp reports show sent, skipped and failed for every person. Answers arrive in the inbox as chats. For email, delivered, opened, clicked and bounced come from Brevo or Mailchimp.
Why in your CRM
A bulk sender that does not know your customers makes you do the joining up by hand. In Lead10 the list, the message, the replies and the opt-outs all belong to the same record.
| What you need | A separate bulk tool, typically | Lead10 Campaigns |
|---|---|---|
| The list | Export from the CRM, clean it, upload it | Filter the records already in Lead10, or upload a CSV |
| Personal details | Columns copied into a spreadsheet | Fields from the lead, client or invoice, filled per person |
| Replies | Arrive in another app or on one phone | Arrive in the shared inbox, assigned to your team |
| Opt-outs | A separate list to keep and re-upload | STOP handled automatically in every campaign |
| Repeat sends | Rebuild and re-upload the list each time | The filter runs again, so the list is current |
| WhatsApp and email | Two tools, two lists, two reports | One campaign, one audience, one history |
Getting started
At a glance
Lead10 Campaigns is the bulk messaging part of Lead10, the CRM and team inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and email. It sends one message to many people at once: on WhatsApp through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform, and by email through the Brevo or Mailchimp account you connect. Each message is personalised from the records already in your CRM, and every reply comes back to your shared inbox.
Questions
A bulk WhatsApp campaign sends one message to many people at once from a business WhatsApp number. In Lead10, campaigns go through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform, use templates Meta has approved, and fill in each person's details, so every customer receives a personal message.
Yes, when it goes through the official WhatsApp Business Platform, uses approved templates and reaches people who agreed to hear from you. Lead10 uses the official platform, handles STOP opt-outs automatically and pauses campaigns if Meta flags your number. You remain responsible for having your contacts' permission.
Yes, with a template that Meta has approved. WhatsApp only allows free-form text within 24 hours of the customer's last message, so campaigns to everyone else use a template.
Yes. Choose both channels and each person receives the campaign on WhatsApp if they have a number, by email if they have an address, or both.
Brevo and Mailchimp. Connect an account to any Lead10 email channel; each channel can use its own account, so different teams or brands keep separate lists, reports and billing. Lead10 builds the list, fills in each person's fields, hands the campaign to the platform to send and brings the results back.
Yes. A campaign can go to a list that already lives on Brevo, or a tag on your Mailchimp audience, and can use a template saved on the platform. You can also mix them: a Lead10 filter with a platform template, or a platform list with an email designed in Lead10.
Campaign emails go through Brevo or Mailchimp, which are built for bulk sending and handle unsubscribes and bounces. Your own mailbox connects to Lead10 by SMTP and IMAP for one-to-one email, and its replies arrive in the shared inbox.
They are opted out straight away, receive a confirmation message, and are skipped by every future campaign on that number. The campaign report shows them as skipped, with the reason.
It skips people who opted out or whose number blocked you, sends each person at most one marketing campaign every 3 days, and pauses campaigns automatically if Meta flags or restricts your number, or if too many recipients of a run come back blocked.
Yes. A campaign can repeat daily, weekly or monthly at the time you choose, with an optional end date. Each run checks the filter again, so new records are included and records that no longer match are left out.
Yes. Upload a CSV file, match its columns to name, phone number and email, and add, edit or remove people before you send. Excel and CSV files can also be imported into your leads, clients or contacts, and then used in any campaign.
The campaign report shows who each message was sent to, who was skipped and whose message failed, with the reason. Replies arrive in your Lead10 inbox as chats. For email, you get delivered, opened, clicked and bounced figures from Brevo or Mailchimp.
