Yes. A campaign can go to a list that already lives on Brevo, or a tag on your Mailchimp audience, and can use a template saved on the platform. You can also mix them: a Lead10 filter with a platform template, or a platform list with an email designed in Lead10.

Campaign emails go through Brevo or Mailchimp, which are built for bulk sending and handle unsubscribes and bounces. Your own mailbox connects to Lead10 by SMTP and IMAP for one-to-one email, and its replies arrive in the shared inbox.

They are opted out straight away, receive a confirmation message, and are skipped by every future campaign on that number. The campaign report shows them as skipped, with the reason.

It skips people who opted out or whose number blocked you, sends each person at most one marketing campaign every 3 days, and pauses campaigns automatically if Meta flags or restricts your number, or if too many recipients of a run come back blocked.

Yes. A campaign can repeat daily, weekly or monthly at the time you choose, with an optional end date. Each run checks the filter again, so new records are included and records that no longer match are left out.

Yes. Upload a CSV file, match its columns to name, phone number and email, and add, edit or remove people before you send. Excel and CSV files can also be imported into your leads, clients or contacts, and then used in any campaign.

The campaign report shows who each message was sent to, who was skipped and whose message failed, with the reason. Replies arrive in your Lead10 inbox as chats. For email, you get delivered, opened, clicked and bounced figures from Brevo or Mailchimp.
