Make a backup

  1. Open Settings → Backup. Only admins with permission to manage backups see it.

  2. Tick what to include: customers and contacts, leads, products, quotes, invoices, payments, subscriptions, tasks, calendar, expenses, support tickets, inbox conversations, ads, campaigns, social posts, affiliates and notes. Your lists and settings (lead statuses, taxes, custom fields and so on) are always included.

  3. Optionally protect the file with a password. Keep it safe: nobody can open the file or restore it without it.

  4. Click Create backup. Lead10 builds the file in the background and notifies you when it is ready.

  5. Click Download and confirm with your account password (and your two-step code, if you use one).

What you get

A ZIP file with one spreadsheet (CSV) per kind of record. It opens in Excel or Google Sheets, with plain column names such as "Customer name" and "Invoice no.". Passwords, API keys and connection details are never in it, and images and files stay in your Lead10 storage.

Only your latest backup is kept in Lead10. A new one replaces it once it is ready, so keep the copies you download.

Automatic backups

In the same place, connect your own Google Drive or Dropbox and choose daily, weekly or monthly. Lead10 puts each backup in a folder there and keeps as many recent copies as you choose.
