Why it matters

Google and Meta optimise for whatever you count as a conversion. If every form fill or WhatsApp chat counts, a junk enquiry looks exactly as good as a real buyer, and the platforms go looking for more of both. Offline conversion tracking moves the target further down your funnel, to the leads your sales team actually qualifies and closes.

What gets sent back

  • The stage the lead reached, for example qualified, converted or won.

  • A value, so the platforms can tell a large sale from a small one.

  • The ad details that let Google or Meta match the lead to the click or ad that produced it. Phone numbers and emails are turned into an unreadable code before they leave Lead10, the format both platforms require.

Leads you mark as junk are never reported, so the platforms stop looking for more of them.

How Lead10 does it

Connect your Google Ads and Meta ad accounts, then choose which of your lead statuses mean qualified, converted and won. Each conversion can carry a fixed value, the lead's deal value, or a percentage of the price of the product the ad promotes. From then on, when your team moves a lead to one of those statuses, Lead10 reports it automatically: to Google for leads from Google clicks, and to Meta through its Conversions API for leads from Meta ads.
